Art - Lease FAQ
How does art leasing work?
Instead of buying expensive artwork, you can rent it for a small monthly fee. This allows you to have high-quality art in your office without a large upfront cost.
What is included in the monthly fee?
Our service is all-inclusive. Your single monthly payment covers:
Curation: We help you choose the best art for your space. With updates as new artworks become available.
Delivery & Installation: Our professional team hangs the art for you.
Insurance: All artworks are fully insured while in your office.
Flexible Contract: 3, 6 or 12-month terms with an easy renewal and cancellation process to suit your needs.
Can we change the artwork later?
Yes. One of the best parts of leasing is "Art Rotation." You can refresh your office with new pieces periodically to keep the environment feeling new and exciting for your team and clients.
How much does it cost?
The price depends on the value of the artwork you choose.
Generally, smaller pieces start at around HKD 400 per month, while large "statement" paintings for boardrooms typically range from HKD 1,500 to HKD 2,400 per month.
What happens if we want to buy a piece?
If you fall in love with a particular artwork, we can arrange a purchase. Most of our leased artworks are available for sale.
What do I need to get started?
Simply send us some information on your office walls. We don't need exact measurements; photos help us see the light and the style of your space so we can suggest the perfect range of art. Our service is designed for ease and impact. From an initial office visit to viewing artworks in our Wong Chuk Hang showroom, we provide the expertise to make your space perfect.
